As a product consultancy, we embed our people in client teams to shape and ship digital products. You'll join those teams early in your career, learning the craft hands-on alongside senior consultants. In this role, you will:
- Work inside client product teams, supporting senior consultants across the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery.
- Run interviews, workshops, and user research to understand customer and business needs, then translate them into clear initiative documents.
- Analyze data, market trends, and competitor offerings to back product decisions with evidence rather than opinion.
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, and help keep roadmaps current as priorities shift.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to turn product increments into wireframes, prototypes, and working features.
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to both client stakeholders and internal teams.
What we look for:
a recent graduate (business, engineering, computer science, or a related field) with sharp analytical thinking, strong written and verbal communication, genuine curiosity about technology and how products get built, and the appetite to learn fast in a client-facing environment. Prior internship or project exposure to product, consulting, or agile delivery is a plus, not a requirement.
