Supporting the control of dependencies at programme level
Drafting and maintaining milestone planning in consultation with Programme Management
Quality management;

Managing standards, templates and documents concerning project management. Support in establishing and recording quality criteria, guaranteeing that products, activities and results are in line with the established criteria, supporting the implementation of quality control and reviews of projects.
Activities include: Ensuring the organization and authorisation of project files in accordance with the established standards in appropriate systems
Risk/issue management;

Support in risk and issue identification, registration, mitigation and reporting in managing projects (and programmes) to increase predictability of projects (and programmes). Activities include:
Support in drafting and publishing risk matrices for programme and line management
Implementing monthly and quarterly portfolio management processes
Identifying areas in need of improvement, developing and implementing improvements

Publishing departmental/programme/project news through miscellaneous communication channels
Maintaining departmental communication through miscellaneous communication channel
Administrative support;

Offering administrative support for projects and programmes. Maintaining the budget, forecasts.
Keep up hourly registration for financial reports
Create the Financial monthly reports

Profil recherché

You have experience within PMO or Project Management, preferably IT or Banking/Finance.
You are proactive, dynamic and self-learner. You have excellent communication skills.
You take initiatives and are ambitious
You are internationally oriented (working with Belgium on a regular basis), you can think on a global level.
You have a helicopter view and can keep a cool head in demanding situations.
You can connect people, listen to your team members and delegate responsibility when needed. Furthermore you are willing to travel.
Fluent Dutch and a perfect knowledge of English is required
Working knowledge of MS Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and preferably SharePoint 2010/2013

The NL branch has a headcount of about 20 people. The purpose is to grow rapidly.

The PMO team supports the IT projects by providing standardization of working practices and tools, offering administrative support and strengthening the IT project management community.

As PMO specialist you will get the opportunity to work in the heart of the organization and be a valued and important member of their PMO team. You work closely with one or several Program Manager(s), Project Managers, Project Consultants, Business Analysts, You will be the person with the overall view.
