Human Resources Administrator / Recruiter
Location: Europoort Rotterdam
Hours per week: 0,4 FTE (Part time)
The Human Resources team consists of 5 trained international professionals and is responsible for developing, managing, monitoring and reviewing communication, performance, reward and recognition, relations and resourcing and other HR related organisational matters.
So what’s this job all about?
As Human Resources Administrator / Recruiter you will be part of our International HR team. In this job role you will be supporting our HR team in all HR related administration and corporate recruitment.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing employment contracts and all related confirmation letters for all our Continental offices;
Administrating all absence related matters;
Updating and maintaining the staff database and providing statistical HR reports when required;
Providing training related support documents;
Supporting the HR advisors where needed;
Actively recruiting with 21st century skills for all vacancies within the company;
Being an enthusiastic, apt and savvy member of our HR team.

have or are studying to have a recognized professional Human Resources qualification or equivalent degree;
preferably have at least 2 years of work experience in a Human Resources environment, preferably in the Logistics sector;
have strong affinity with Labour Law in an international environment;
have strong communication and organizational skills;
are a real team player;
are English speaking and writing;
have 21st century IT-skills.
