The Strategic Business Unit Consumers, Craftsmen and Building adhesives (AC) provides high-quality solutions
for adhesives, sealants and functional coatings to a wide target group ranging from consumers to professional
craftsmen, and markets a wide range of brand name products, like Perfax, Pritt, Pattex, Loctite and Rubson. We
are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team and be responsible for business analyses and tools
management.

What we offer ;

- Gatekeeper of our new CRM-tool for account management: management of the sales budgets; controlling
function on conditions and promotions
- Developing new approaches for relevant analytics, mainly focused on promo-elasticity and ROI, and on
launch control
- Management of the Sales budget: consolidating, contract checks, reporting to the management team,
alignments with the financial controller and management of the yearly hardclose
- Key person and user for our main tools: for planning (forecasting), for Color (our selling-in analytical tool),
for GfK (market and selling-out data)
- Responsible for the regular collection, processing, controlling and updating of market data, e.g. Market-
Share-data, processing pricing information, screening of competitor activities
- Coordinating all pricing and content management topics from a customer marketing perspective; in
collaboration with the e-commerce account manager
- Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing
- Working from Brussels with regular travel to The Netherlands (1 day per week to Nieuwegein)

Profil recherché

Who : 
Master Degree ideally in Economics (or equivalent)
 Strong, result driven and enthusiastic personality
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-functional team
 Ability to work independently, persistent and not afraid of challenge
 Analytical and keen eye for figures and numbers
 Experienced user of the Microsoft Office package (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 Flexible to travel on a weekly basis
 Language skills: fluency in English is mandatory; good knowledge of Dutch and/or French as an asset
